We are excited to announce a major new addition to Expedition Workshed – the Bare Essentials of Soil Mechanics series (jump straight to the introductory video). In this set of videos Professor John Burland, of Imperial College London, draws on his many years of practice in geotechnical engineering and teaching to viewers with what he regards to be the key knowledge that geotechnical engineers need to understand about soil mechanics in engineering practice.
