Kick-off – the next generation of structural games

We are excited to announce that Think Up is beginning work on a new generation of structural games, that takes everything we have learnt from creating games like Catastrophe and tools like Push Me Pull Me and making them even better. Our work on this new generation of games is being kick-started with support from the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Ove Arup Foundation and a personal contribution from our trustee Mike Davies. Ideas are just on the drawing board at the moment so there’s nothing to see yet. What we can say is that this new generation will be a suite of six games, the first of which we will be developing and testing during this academic year. The games will be free to use and accessible through Workshed.

Get involved

As part of the development process we will be looking for people to test prototypes along the way. If you want to be part of the testing team then get in touch. We are looking for testers from secondary schools, colleges and universities.
